We started the ball rolling last week with the announcement of The Omen will be playing at Dead & Breakfast this year, well it is time to reveal another film.
With The Omen we have one of the classics of horror cinema, so it’s time to look to the relatively lesser seen areas of horror with our second announcement.
Society (18) – (Dir: Brian Yuzna, 1989, 99mins)
Set in the affluent Beverly Hills, teenager Billy (played by Billy Warlock of Baywatch fame) feels like he doesn’t fit in. His feelings of alienation take a turn for the worse when he starts to have visions of impossibly twisted bodies. Is he going crazy or there something seriously amiss in Beverly Hills? Social commentary and a bucket full of gore, what more do you want from your horror films?
